Digital Delivery: When purchasing a gift card, the customer or recipient will receive a digital gift card with a unique code. This code can be used at checkout to redeem the gift card's value.
Redeemable Locations: The gift card code can be used in our online shop or at in-person events (e.g., local markets) with Shop Ella Creates.
Security: Gift cards are considered currency. Please treat the code and the email containing the code as you would cash.
Lost Codes: If you lose the code, we can resend the gift card email to the original customer and email address on file.
No Expiration Date
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not eligible for return or refund.
