Shipping

We currently ship within Canada and to the USA.

Processing Time: How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office

  • Current Processing Time: 1-10 business days
  • Typically 1-5 business days

Shipping Time: How long it will take your order to arrive once dropped off at the post office*

  • Canadian Shipping Time 2-14 business days
  • USA Shipping Time 5-20 business days

Pre-Orders: Please note on pre-order listings, processing times may be longer. Read the listing description for details about shipping/processing times.

*Please note: Once we ship items, transit times are solely the responsibility of Canada Post, USPS, and/or the courier. Therefore, we cannot ensure an exact arrival date. When placing your order, please allow a 2-3 day window for potential delays (or early arrivals).

  • If you selected flat rate shipping with your order - YES! You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships (within 3-10 business days). You can track your package by clicking on the tracking number in the email you received, or by visiting the website of the shipping carrier.
  • If you selected untracked lettermail/envelope- No, this is untracked. If you're ordering items that are small enough to fit in the untracked envelope, but would like tracking, please select the flat rate shipping option during checkout.

We post sneak peeks and order packaging videos on our Instagram page and TikTok. Make sure to follow us, and turn on notifications so you don't miss any! 

Proofs for Custom Orders:

- In cases where we need to verify personalization details, we will prepare a mock-up for you to approve. This proof will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Response Time for Proofs: If we send you a proof for approval, please respond within 48 hours. If we don’t hear back from you, we will proceed with the order to ensure it's shipped on time. This helps us maintain our commitment to timely delivery for all our customers.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

Issues with Item 

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email. Customers have 48 hours after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order.

  • For non-clothing items, the care instructions are noted in the listing photos. If you are unsure, please message us for further details on your particular item.
